AF Teens - A service of Streetcats Foundation for Youth, One Heart for Kids, National Children's Coalition and Streetcats Youth Ministries join together to create web portals for African-American Teens.
Advocates for Youth - A website aimed at providing information and creating programs for youth sponsored policies. Topics and Issues that Advocates for Youth focus on are abstinence and related issues (i.e. marriage, contraception, and sexual health), cultural competency, dating violence & child abuse, emergency contraception, parent-child communication, sex education and youth of color.
Alternatives Girl World - Girl World provides gender specific and age appropriate programming for girls and young women ages 10-18 that focuses on increasing self-esteem and team building, encouraging cultural exchange and understanding, and developing leaders. In Girl World, we provide youth-led, female-specific activities that focus on self worth, health education, fitness, leadership development, social justice, and community and career issues. Through these activities, Girl World effectively fosters positive decision-making skills and encourages positive relationships.
Black Girls Rock! Inc. - Black Girls Rock! Inc. is a mentoring outreach program targeting "at risk" teenage women of color. This charity has been established to promote the arts and to encourage dialogue about the images of women in hip-hop music & culture, as well as promote analysis of the ways women of color are portrayed in main-stream media.
Black Youth Project - The Black Youth Project was a national research project launched in 2003 that examined the attitudes, resources, and culture of African American youth ages 15 to 25, exploring how these factors and others influence their decision-making, norms, and behavior in critical domains such as sex, health, and politics. Understanding the need to make this data available to a wider constituency beyond the academy Professor Cathy Cohen, the Black Youth Project's principle investigator, decided to create an online hub for Black youth where scholars, educators, community activist, youth allies, and youth could access the study's research summaries as well as have access to a plethora of resources concerning the empowerment and development of black youth.
Chicago Freedom School - CFS is a not a traditional school, but a nonprofit organization committed to supporting social change movements led by youth with support from adult allies.

League of Young Voters - The League of Young Voters, founded in 2003, is an organization that seeks to encourage young people nationwide to participate in the political process and create progressive political change on the local, state, and national level - with a focus on non-college youth as well as young people from low-income backgrounds and communities of color.
National Youth Rights Association - The National Youth Rights Association (NYRA) defends the civil and human rights of young people in the United States through educating people about youth rights, empowering young people to work on their own behalf in defense of their rights, and taking positive steps to lessen the burden of ageism. We believe certain basic rights are intrinsic parts of American citizenship and transcend age or status limits.
